Role: Event manager in charge of all aspects of corporate meeting. Venue selection, facilitate set-up, coordinating logistics and schedules for Sales team. Plan and execute meetings from conception to end.

About the Event: Event happened three times a year for 40+ professionals in the local home building and real estate industry.

About the Venue: The Knickerbocker Hotel in Times Square is one of my favorite venues for corporate meetings in New York. Situated in a prime spot in the hustle and bustle of the city, the hotel is elegant, modern, and luxury combined into one.

The Salon is the largest meeting space offered at The Knickerbocker and boasts 2200 sqft of space, with 3 large drop down screens and high end projectors. Located on the 4th floor of the hotel, you overlook 42nd street through large windows. This space is connected to and catered by Charlie Palmer Steak, which means top notch meals and service for your guests.

There are also 330 sleeping rooms that were inviting, grand, large and comfortable for guests that stay overnight. Guests who wander a little more often find themselves on the rooftop lounge enjoying beautiful views of Times Square.
