MPIOC Masquerade Holiday Mixer
Venue: Tustin Ranch Golf Club
Role: Committee Member in charge of Entertainment
About the Event: Meeting Professionals International – Orange County (MPIOC) throws yearly fundraisers to raise money for their organization. This money is used to educate and bring together Planners and Suppliers throughout Southern California to form a network of amazing people. I had the pleasure of serving on the Committee for this event and working under the direction of Special Events Chairs Bruno Duarte and Dawn Petrawn, it was such a rewarding experience to be a part of one the Special Events put together for this close knit community of event industry professionals.
Since I was in charge of Entertainment for the event, I worked with Scott Cummings’ Music, who was the official Music Sponsor for this event to ensure that attendees had a good time. Guests enjoyed the jazzy tunes from the band All Stars along with Christmas classics. We also had Christmas carolers in costume, serenading the guests throughout the night and performing the classic “Phantom of the Opera”. Needless to say guests were thoroughly entertained and ready to welcome Christmas and the New Year by the end of the event.
The Day Dreamers Night Crawlers hosted their first annual camping festival in Big Bear Lake.
